If using cloth, they are no use if they aren’t at least 3 layers of cloth. Single layer masks, gaiters, offer zero help and are merely decorative. None are helpful if not worn properly.

They put me on hold while they talked to their supervisor. Came back and apologized again but said they could only offer me a 100 in bill credits. I asked why they cant just take back the watch, what am I supposed to do with it? They suggested I upgrade my Samsung to an iPhone.

@TMobileHelp I bought an Apple Watch for my wife for Xmas and a Tmobile rep talked me into buying 1 for myself. Come to find out I cannot use it because I have a Samsung. 2 Tmobile reps said I could still until a 3rd said it was impossible. Was sorry and offered me $100. What!??
