We mourn the passing on of our client and friend, Justice David Amilcar Majanja.

I will remember him as a humble, friendly, wise and generous man. A noble man who left his robes and busy schedule to come and encourage other potential home owners at my humble place.

As his employees, he literally went shopping and ensured our least worker had food. 💔

We have lost a great man. Kenya has lost a great son💔

His wisdom and silent whisper was my guiding light in moments I faced great odds at life and sought his counsel.

You had so much life ahead of you, David💔May your vision of a fair and just world live on!

Rest in power good Sir. May Justice be our shield and defender. And may family, friends and colleagues forever cherish your legacy.

When we graduated at the University of Nairobi, we were given the power to read and TO DO anything and everything that apertains to whatever degree we acquired.

Some people left and regrouped and gave themselves the powers to give permission.

Listen, this kind of architecture is only possible because we don’t ask for permission. We just wake up and do it because it comes from inside us!

It is the power to read, to think, to try and to be.

What is one skill you can learn that can help you a lot in 10 years?

I think I would say two

1. Making Things:

Making includes things being made for and on your behalf.

2. Learning to Sell.

If you can make and sell what you make, you will be unstoppable.

The thing about making is that you only need to walk into your favorite supermarket or show room and see the crazy prices.

Then walk across and find an idle Fundi whom you have to patiently work with to make the first, second and third item.

The fundi will be happy to create a new item. And you will learn a thing about making your dollar go a mile.

We started by making furniture 🪑

And now we are here.

Helping many more people OWN their First Property. Every day, we are Designing, Costing and Building New Houses and Spaces.
