BUT, if $20 burritos is the complaint, it's fixable by changing habits: stop eating out.

@Owennfa Minimum wage at 40hrs/wk could never afford the AVERAGE apartment. You had to live in dumpy apartments or get a roommate or three to split the rent if you wanted to live more upscale.

There are plenty of reasons to complain, but this one ain't it.

@growing_daniel Evaporative cooled systems are the reason data centers often use lots of water. For every megawatt of electricity, about 3.3 million gal. per year must evaporat to carry away that heat . Dry coolers and other "free cooling" schemes can use substantially less.
