today marks day 9. a whole week and two more days. 216 hours. if it’s been 9 days, that means someone disappeared on tueday and still hasn’t come back by the wednesday of the following week. the first day or two, i thought, “okay, he must be busy.” on the third day, i thought, “okay, maybe he’s practicing.” by the fourth day, every time i got a weverse notification, i started checking it like “maybe?” by the fifth day, i thought, “okay, it’s about time he came.” on the sixth day, i thought, “there’s no way he’s actually going to make it a whole week.” by the seventh day, i realized you really were going to do it. on the eight day i’m missing you so bad and now you’ve gone and made it 9 days. congratulations, martin. you’ve set a new record: 9 days of not showing up on weverse.

martin, i’m not asking for much. i’m not asking you to write me a long letter. i’m not asking you to upload 20 selfies. i’m not asking you to reply to comments for an hour. just come. you can come, leave a single dot, and go. “hi” is fine. “what are you doing?” is fine. even just saying you ate is fine. you can tell us what the weather is like today. literally say anything. you could put your hand on the keyboard and press random keys and i’ll give it meaning myself and be happy, so just come already.

at this point, i don’t even know if i’m waiting for a weverse notification or a package delivery. every time a notification pops up, my heart reacts, but when i check, it’s not you. another notification comes. not you again. another one. still not you. martin, where on earth did you go? did you forget your weverse password? did you lose your phone? did you forget that the weverse app even exists? did you maybe forget that we exist too? you didn’t, right? tell me you didn’t. come right now and tell me you didn’t.

and you know what’s actually funny? you haven’t come for 8 days, but the moment you finally do, i know i’m going to be happy like nothing ever happened. i’ll be going “martin is here ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ” and completely forget all the waiting, then spend the whole day obsessing over one single line you posted. that’s honestly the most annoying part. so come before i become even more pathetic. come while i still have at least a little bit of pride left.

i can even kindly explain every single step you need to take to come to weverse. pick up your phone. open weverse. log in. press the write button. type “i missed you.�� press post. done. seriously, it takes 30 seconds. i’ve been waiting for 9 days, and you can solve all of this in 30 seconds. where else in the world can you find such a cost-effective fan happiness project?
