So my mum is 71, diabetic with stage 4 kidney disease. Obviously she’s shielding. She’s home alone in the middle of nowhere, & this month has exceeded her 500mins allowance on her mobile contract for the first time. @VodafoneUK have charged her £200 for the privilege. #wtf?
