Day 9,@airfrance baggage assistance hung up the phone 4 times. No one can tell me anything about the bag, containing my belated fathers belongings, AF and @Aeromexico LOST IT!!!! They’re doing NOTHING to trace it.

Day 6: @airfrance and @Aeromexico have still NOT located my bag containing my belated dads stuff, baggage customer service has NO information. I asked what’s being done to locate my bag, last rep said “don’t know, read online” & proceeded to hang up the call. 😭😭😭😭PLEASE HELP

Still waiting for any word back from @airfrance and @Aeromexico about my missing bag. It has now been 4 days and they cannot locate it and refuse to tell me the steps being taken.

Day 4 @airfrance & @Aeromexico have still NOT located my bag. Yesterday I was told I cannot expect special attention and that machines search for bags and there’s nothing I can do. How can you just loose a bag? Why is no one giving me any answers? @AM_Escucha

Still trying to contact @airfrance to get help with my missing luggage. I have now tried to call them for the past 6 hours. Call disconnects after 30 min on hold each time.

@Aeromexico perdió mi maleta después de retrasar mi vuelo más de 24 horas y ahora @airfrance no la encuentra y NADIE me contacta. La maleta contiene cosas de mi papá que acaba de fallecer, NECESITO que me ayuden a encontrarla.

@airfrance continues to send me copy pasted messages with NO HUMAN CONTACT. I have been on hold for more than two hours & phone disconnects after 30 min. @Aeromexico is yet to reply with anything other than we can’t help contact AF who can’t help either! @AM_Escucha

@airfrance is refusing to help me locate my bag that @Aeromexico FORGOT to put on the plane. Customer service will not answer my calls and I have YET to be contacted my anyone via phone even though I’ve requested a call since Monday.

Almost 24 hours & @airfrance is yet to locate my bag because @Aeromexico forgot to put it on the plane to CDG. I have yet to receive assistance from either company even though I’ve contacted them MULTIPLE TIMES on multiple channels.
