@RSAWEB shocking service, accounting and comms- I ordered and cancelled LTE in December, before I even received it, yet you fill my sms and mailbox with comms like this “RSAWEB: Services Cancelled. To avoid legal action please pay” blah even after you refunded me - seriously? 🤦♂️
@GianVisser ... I am running a trading platform on the dedicated hosting space and the server is just down - no ETA, no management team to explain to me what is happening, just someone with a "Question 1 - when did this start" form .. really?? Close your doors

@KFCSA I am sorry but there is a massive disconnect between UBER Eats and your stores I ask no sauce no garnish (might seem petty) but you guys just cannot get it right! UE gave the order correctly, KFC Parkview - no attention to detail - massive fuel and time losses - shocking!

I am not sure how @RSAWEB was voted Top ISP on @mybroadband etc. My refund is now on 2 months outstanding, their Whatsapp response time takes hours, no email responses, the app is shocking with information coming and going as the wind blows … I regret leaving @Vodacom
@RSAWEB You cannot even help yourselves if I look at the customer issues experienced. I have handed this over I have no desire whatsoever to deal with @RSAWEB ever again
