Troubleshooting did nothing. How do we proceed with a warranty claim?

@Schlage_Locks have made multiple attempts to file a warranty claim in the past two weeks without a reply. This is no different from the warranty claim my parents filed in 2018 which was not addressed until they filed a complaint with @NewYorkStateAG. Please acknowledge my email!

@Schlage_Locks I asked for a warranty claim. Not troubleshooting tips. The lock does not function. This is a safety issue. Your warranty claim steps say nothing about attempting troubleshooting first. And I did not receive any email on 12/27
