@carloalberto Idea interessante, ma come sempre ci sarà un affiancamento di tecnologie, non una sostituzione. Le LLM possono anche apprendersi tutto il crm e l’erp, ma l’uso di sistemi transazionali è più efficiente del training. MCP / RAG / Skills etc. È l’ecosistema che conta.
