@AmericanAir was basically told to pay a 200 dollar Uber (cost of my flight) to LGA to have the luggage your airlines damaged inspected. Your customer service rep Vanessa could’ve cared less. Sub par flight & customer service.
@Delta your “we care”staff member Erica just called me regarding aircraft N673DL flight 643, which caught fire mid flight, and she was nothing short of rude. Told me she will call back when I have a better attitude. Is that how you show you care to your loyal customers?
@delta passengers beware of aircraft N673DL, it broke down mid flight Monday 3/9/22-smoke filled the cockpit&cabin, causing an emergency landing. @Delta is still utilizing this aircraft after little to no investigation.
@Delta still waiting for some compensation for the flight from CUN that caught fire. Been traumatized all week, a refund isn’t going to cut it. Stop calling passengers questioning how the crew handled it, the crew saved us now it’s time for you to compensate what is deserved.
