Tribal households are revitalising their land with agroforestry, planting bamboo and native saplings, and intercropping traditional vegetables, millets, and oilseeds.

Thanks to the State Bamboo Mission, landowners receive ₹120 per bamboo sapling over 3 years, encouraging them to expand their plantations.
Horticulture initiatives linked to MNREGA provide 100-150 days of employment annually for growing fruiting tree saplings on their land.
