What is more, most rapes don't have any measurable physical harm and people who have been raped usually recover and life the rest of their live fairly functionally as long as they don't live in a culture that rewards victimhood that makes them drag it out over and over, obsessively and retraumatizing themsevles over and over.

I would much rather suffer through and after an average rape than an average divorce as the victim.

Rape doesn't even need to have it's own law, we already make assault illegal, we already have laws to stop people restraining, drugging and threatening people, we already make punishments proportional to the harm done. I bet in most places on planet Earth you could simply delete all those laws and still prosecute rape crimes just fine and for the other, you could make minor changes and we wouldn't have to have this insane parallel legal system which is essentially become a woke sharia court system enforcing entirely different, and worse, values than the rest of society and what the progress of the western model builds on.
