@wearyman @cosyposter i said it was "like" crude oil, and it is, in that you have to shred the plastic waste, put it in a sealed oxygen free chamber, heat it up. then pump the gas into a condensing tower to make various fuels. you know what else goes through this process.... crude oil.

@mechanical_4u the likely hood that this would produce any energy at all is so small as to be not worth calculating. In functional terms this would end up being a pricey little neon/plasma light.
