Interested to hear from EU #SLT colleagues who use white food colouring during #FEES assessments. Aware that @EFSA_EU have highlighted possible issues with food additive E171(titanium dioxide) but is anyone aware of issues using substitutes e.g. E170 (calcium carbonate)?

@STOKee62 As a NQP in my first job I was challenged to do this for all of #nutritionandhydrationweek. I succeeded and it was eye opening. My nutrition and hydration were certainly lacking by the end and the craving for something crunchy was strong!
