🚨 Radican 10 cargos criminales por presunto fraude con fondos públicos destinados a un proyecto en Guaynabo.

💰 El Panel sobre el Fiscal Especial Independiente (PFEI) informó que presentó diez cargos contra José Miguel Huertas Torres y la corporación 3T Industrial and General Contractors Corp. por un presunto esquema de fraude y apropiación ilegal de $380,000 en fondos públicos asignados a un proyecto de infraestructura en el sector Quebrada Margarita, en Guaynabo.

⚖️ Los cargos incluyen dos violaciones por fraude y ocho por apropiación ilegal grave de fondos públicos. La jueza Milagros Muñiz Mas, del Tribunal de Bayamón, encontró causa para arresto en todos los cargos y fijó una fianza de $20,000 por cada uno, para un total de $200,000.

📅 La vista preliminar fue señalada para el 14 de julio.

🔎 Según el PFEI, la investigación también reveló el alegado uso de propiedad pública para fines personales y el uso ilegal de fondos públicos.

🏛️ Huertas Torres laboraba para la Autoridad de Tierras como técnico a cargo de proyectos en el distrito de Bayamón y servía como enlace entre la agencia, organizaciones sin fines de lucro que recibían los fondos y los legisladores que asignaban el dinero.

👀 El PFEI aseguró que continuará investigando y procesando casos de corrupción relacionados con el manejo de fondos públicos.

RAKE 31/32 have departed from Greece this morning in support of as-yet unidentified receivers returning from CENTCOM. Yesterday, per @SirListenalot, they supported "SP" F-16s returning from Jordan.

The "LN" F-15Es appear to have made the journey home without tanker support, stopping at Sigonella.

RAKE 41/42 are airborne from RAF Mildenhall and look to be meeting with 31/32s receivers.

There is another deployment of "LN" F-15Es, two "LN" F-35As, and I believe still another deployment of "SP" and "AV" F-16s that are yet to return home.

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that children born in the United States to parents who are unlawfully or temporarily present are U.S. citizens at birth under the Fourteenth Amendment, striking down President Trump's executive order restricting birthright citizenship as unconstitutional.
