"I did my job to the best of my ability. I am just thankful to God. It's been a very, very arduous and long, almost 11-year journey. It has been traumatic, not just for me, but for my family, my friends, and all those who have stayed and supported me. For my 93-year-old mother in Port Harcourt, for my son, and for all those who love us, it has been a hard journey. But I tell you this: God will always do as God wills, and God will be God." — Diezani Alison-Madueke, reacting to the UK court judgment exonerating her of bribery charges
No wonder they want PBAT out by all means.
We remain steadfast in our support and belief in the leadership and vision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT).
Tinubu till 2031, by God’s grace. 🙏🇳🇬

I am thankful to see that Nigeria’s House of Representatives passed this important policy that I’ve been calling for since @POTUS first asked me to investigate the genocide against Christians in Nigeria.
In fact, I raised this idea directly with Nigeria’s First Lady during her visit to Washington and have done so repeatedly with every Nigerian delegation I’ve met with.
Ensuring states can protect their own citizens is a critical step toward ending the persecution of Christians and the overall instability in the Nigeria.
President Tinubu deserves credit for supporting this legislation and urging its passage through Nigeria’s parliament, and I hope to see him continue pushing on this issue.
There’s still a ways to go before state level police forces will be in place, but this is a sign that all our hard work is paying off.
Married Woman Who Faked Her N50million Kidn@p Arrested in Hotel With Lover in Delta State
A married woman, identified as Oluchi, has been found in a hotel in Delta State after allegedly staging her own abd¥ction and demanding a N50 million ransom from her family.
Her children, including a daughter based in Canada, had appealed to the public for help in raising funds after the supposed kidn@ppers reduced the ransom demand to N20 million. The family had reported to police that she was abd¥cted in the Ikpoba Hill area of Ikpoba-Okha LGA, Edo State.
However, police investigations traced the phone number of a suspected accomplice to a hotel in Ubiaroko, Delta State, where officers reportedly found Oluchi and her lover together.
A source said the woman’s husband was invited to the station and informed of the discovery, adding that Oluchi pleaded with him not to reveal the truth to their children.
Reacting in an online video, her daughter, Anita, expressed shock and disappointment, saying the incident had devastated the family.
She said no ransom was paid, the money raised remained intact, and the family would refund donations. Anita added that police investigations revealed the alleged kidn@pping was staged and linked to her mother’s relationship with the suspect.
Edo State Police spokesperson, CSP Moses Yamu, confirmed the incident, stating that four suspects have been arrested in connection with the case.
