🚨 DEEPER DIVE INTO THE MOST VALUE-CAPTURE COIN/TOKEN SO FAR: $IOTA
I went back into IOTA because I wanted to know something deeper:
WHO is actually using this infrastructure?
Not narratives.
Not random partnerships.
Not “blockchain could be used for trade.”
I wanted the actual institutions, governments, trade systems and tokenization activity.
🥶 And IOTA may have the strongest overall value-capture structure we’ve investigated so far.
Look at what sits around the ecosystem:
🇰🇪 Kenya Revenue Authority
🇰🇪 KenTrade
🌍 AfCFTA Secretariat
🌐 World Economic Forum
🏢 TradeMark Africa
🪪 GLEIF
🇬🇧 UK border/trade programs
🇦🇪 UAE regulatory sandbox participants
⛏️ Critical-mineral tokenization
📄 Tokenized trade documents
🏦 Trade-finance infrastructure
🌎 Cross-border commerce
This isn’t just payments.
IOTA/TWIN is working on connecting:
PHYSICAL GOODS
⬇️
DIGITAL IDENTITY
⬇️
VERIFIED TRADE DOCUMENTS
⬇️
CUSTOMS
⬇️
TOKENIZED OWNERSHIP
⬇️
COLLATERAL
⬇️
TRADE FINANCE
⬇️
PAYMENT / SETTLEMENT
THAT is what caught me.
A shipment of minerals, food, flowers or other goods can potentially become a digitally verified economic object.
The documents can be tokenized.
The parties can be identified.
The government records can be verified.
The asset can potentially become collateral.
Then financing and settlement can happen around it.
Now here is where my investigation gets even more important:
TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION ≠ TOKEN VALUE CAPTURE.
So does $IOTA actually participate?
YES.
Transactions on IOTA require $IOTA for gas.
🔥 Part of transaction fees are burned.
🔒 Onchain objects require IOTA storage deposits.
🛡️ Validators stake $IOTA to secure the network.
That creates an actual economic relationship between:
GLOBAL TRADE ACTIVITY → NETWORK USAGE → $IOTA
That is what I’ve been searching for.
Not simply:
“Banks like the technology.”
I want to see:
IF THE TECHNOLOGY WINS, DOES THE TOKEN HAVE A REASON TO WIN WITH IT?
With IOTA, I can actually see the mechanism.
Now I’m not calling it perfect.
I still want to see much larger production volumes, named global banks running major trade-finance flows and enough network activity for fee burns to meaningfully compete with token issuance.
But based on everything I’ve investigated so far…
🥶 IOTA is currently one of the strongest — possibly THE strongest — combinations of institutional adoption + government integration + real-world usage + native token value capture that I’ve found.
And I’m not choosing favorites.
I’m following where the infrastructure is being built…
AND where the economic activity can actually flow back into the token.
$IOTA 👀🔥
DYOR.
🚨 AGAIN TuringCerts 🤦♂️ — this time, entering Artificial Intelligence.
TuringCerts + #IOTA are heading for massive adoption in 2027: banking, insurance, cybersecurity, professional education, digital identity… and now AI. 🤖
🇩🇪 At IFA Berlin, Turing Space signed an MoU with https://t.co/Vbg6lgHTpG and PolyCrypt to bring verifiable identity and permissions to AI agents operating inside regulated enterprises. And this is not a small experiment: https://t.co/Vbg6lgHTpG is developing enterprise AI alongside names such as STACKIT and Cisco, while RÖDL is deploying its platform internationally.
What are they trying to achieve? To let companies delegate tasks to AI agents without giving them free rein: each agent would have a verifiable identity and clearly defined permissions specifying what it can do, on whose behalf, and for how long.
In short: keeping AI under control. 🔒🤖
🔐 Turing Space → digital identity + Verifiable Credentials for humans and AI agents
🔐 PolyCrypt → cryptographic authorisation + key management @PolyCrypt_
🤖 https://t.co/Vbg6lgHTpG → enterprise AI orchestration
Will the TuringCerts news stop here? 👀 No. 🇺🇦 Ukraine. 🇯🇵 Japan. 🇨🇭 Switzerland. 🇩🇪 Germany. 🇹🇼 Taiwan… Ahem…🤫👀🤐 there are still a few things left to talk about. 🤫

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: #IOTA + TuringCerts go live in real banking production with Fubon.
📈 In 2027 alone, ~2 MILLION digital debt notices are expected to be issued through the system. That means roughly 5,500 legally verifiable notices every single day at full annual run-rate.
⚖️ And this is not simply about issuing digital documents. Fubon is using #TuringCerts for debt notices where the system must prove delivery, arrival and legal receipt. #IOTA acts as an independent third-party evidence layer, allowing those electronic proofs to be legally recognized in #Taiwan and used before a court.
🏦 Fubon is part of Fubon Financial Holdings, the 2nd-largest financial holding group in Taiwan by assets, with around NT$13.77 trillion in total assets.
This is the real leap: a major financial institution, a legally relevant banking process, and millions of verifiable records every year — running in production.
A powerful example of what real enterprise adoption on #IOTA can look like.

🚨 WATCH KENYA. Something much bigger than it looks may be taking shape here.
IOTA/TWIN could be about to cross a critical line: from verifying real-world trade… to financing it.
☕ A first financing transaction tied to a Kenyan coffee export could take place as early as October.
And this is where it gets interesting. This isn’t about putting coffee “on a blockchain.” It’s about something far bigger:
📦 real-world goods
📑 verifiable trade documentation
🏛️ institutionally backed data
💰 upfront financing for exporters
📈 yield for capital providers
In other words: real trade → verified data → financeable asset → capital → yield.
And here’s the number that changes the scale of the story: IFC estimates Kenya’s Supply Chain Finance market at $24.8 BILLION. 👀Read that again. $24.8B.👀🤪🤯
The market TWIN could be positioning itself to enter is neither experimental nor small.
💣 BOMB #1: TWIN would no longer be just a supply-chain traceability layer.
💣 BOMB #2: trade data itself could become the foundation for originating financial products.
💣 BOMB #3: IOTA would be stepping directly into Trade Finance + RWA + Private Credit territory.
And potentially the biggest one:
💣 BOMB #4: if the model works, Kenya could start proving that public infrastructure built around IOTA can generate real commercial revenue.
Coffee may only be the first transaction. The real story is much bigger: IOTA may no longer be trying just to record the real economy. It may be trying to finance it.

„The master is this UN GitLab repository … The Turtle source there is the single source of truth."

🏛️ An IOTA flagship project was quietly dissolved
Realize — the RWA company of IOTA co-founder Dominik Schiener, which set up the first tokenized US Treasuries fund in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) — has been dissolved in its original form. It was never publicly communicated.
📌 What Realize was
Unveiled in late 2024: Schiener's company was to bring US Treasuries on-chain from Abu Dhabi — on IOTA and Ethereum. Target: 200M USD in investor funds, around 5% yield.
Realize was one of the showcases used to sell IOTA's future — it's even named as a use case in the IOTA Rebased proposal (Nov 2024), the pitch that moved the community to vote yes.
🗂️ What the ADGM register shows today (self-checked, July 23, 2026)
Three of the four Realize entities carry the status "Dissolved":
REALIZE T-BILLS FUND (OEIC) LTD (reg. 12 Aug 2024) — Dissolved
REALIZE HOLDING LTD (reg. 06 Oct 2023) — Dissolved
REALIZE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS LTD (reg. 30 May 2024) — Dissolved
The original Treasury fund and its holding structures no longer legally exist.
🔄 The quiet pivot
There's a fourth entry: REALIZE – USD TRADEFLOW FEEDER FUND (OEIC) LTD, registered April 22, 2026, status "Registered." "US Treasuries" has become "Tradeflow" (trade finance) — aligning with the all-in TWIN focus. The original 200M USD / 5% yield promise appears nowhere in it.
🌐 And the website?
https://t.co/7Q0TbZEnbx is still online and still advertises the "tokenised US T-Bills fund" — the very fund already dissolved in the register. A live site marketing a dead product.
⚖️ Context
A start-up failing or pivoting is normal, and no scandal.
The point is different: Realize wasn't a side project but a showcase used to promote IOTA and the Rebased overhaul. The wind-down was never openly communicated, the website still markets the dissolved fund, and the concrete yield promise quietly vanished.
The same pattern as Shimmer: big promise, silent retreat.

🔍 A German civil engineering firm quietly moved from the IOTA testnet to mainnet.
We checked whether that's actually true — directly on-chain.
The company is @jumboblock_de, a patented modular rainwater retention system by ZANNI GROUP of Bochum.
Not a crypto project, but concrete: 13.9 m³ of storage per module, 4.5 tonnes, load rated to F 900, meaning it can be driven over by heavy traffic. Designed to last 80 to 120 years.
The interesting part is the monitoring. Fill levels, battery and sensor data aren't just logged locally, but cryptographically anchored on IOTA — as proof that nobody altered the record after the fact.
✅ The proof
We opened their live dashboard, took the transaction digest displayed there and looked it up in the IOTA Explorer. The result:
▪️ TX: 9CMwn7pLCf8vnXuzTunF1z74kiAhKzSZX8MYYkac1ryV
▪️ Status: success, on mainnet
▪️ Checkpoint 168762851, epoch 440
The sending address writes a transaction every 20 minutes without gaps. This isn't a one-off demo, it runs on a clock.
💶 What it costs
Each write costs 0.001 IOTA. Extrapolated:
▪️ 72 transactions per day
▪️ roughly 26 IOTA per year
▪️ about one US dollar annually at current prices
Permanently tamper-evident documentation of a critical infrastructure facility therefore costs about as much as a pack of gum. The operating account holds 9.9 IOTA.
📋 Why now
July 17, 2026 was the German KRITIS deadline: the joint BBK/BSI registration platform opens, and roughly 2,000 operators of critical facilities must register under the KRITIS umbrella act. The dashboard release carries that exact date, version 6.0.0.
What's notable is the history the company discloses itself:
▪️ 11/2025 start as a test system
▪️ 01/2026 stable continuous operation
▪️ 03/2026 last adjustment
▪️ 07/2026 switch to mainnet
So the software wasn't continuously reworked, but observed in continuous operation for months. That's something different from a lab or beta test.
💬 And the motivation?
Asked why nobody had heard of this until now, the company replied in essence: most people only care about tokens and quick money rather than hard work and good technology.
They are pragmatists, engineers, technicians, skilled workers. They always look for the best solution, and in this case IOTA fits best.
Today they added: they can forget about the mainnet now, because it simply works. Meant as a compliment — the best technology just does its job.
⚖️ The honest context
Right now this is a single site in Thuringia with eight sensors, not a mass rollout.
Still: a real industrial company is paying for a real use case, driven by German regulation rather than price speculation.
And unlike most announcements, anyone can verify this one in 30 seconds.

🔍 IOTA-Realitätscheck: Das Community-AMA mit Dominik Schiener (15.07.)
Kein Hype — nur der Stand der Dinge:
📉 Kurs & Markt
Schiener hält an IOTA fest:
🗺️ Roadmap

Every day a container sits at a port waiting on paperwork, the clock is running.
Demurrage - the charge for containers held beyond their allocated free time - is one of the most common unexpected costs in global trade.
The goods are there. The port is ready. The documents are the delay.

The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade is hosting UK's leading global trade event.
November in London one of the Speakers is @JensLundNielsen
My personal Opinion this is way more exciting than being at some TOKEN2049 events, this has potential to be covered in a Newspaper.
Showing as well, there is more than AFCFTA and ADAPT - multiple angles and verticals being tackled with the same goal - Improve Global Trade and be the Infrastructure for it
🇹🇭Thailand, next. 🕵️♂️🤫 IOTA and TWIN have just stepped onto one of the most serious stages for global digital trade.
In Bangkok, at the United Nations Conference Centre, during the 12th Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum x Paperless Trade Week 2026, TWIN was presented as a decentralized backbone for paperless trade, in a regional forum organized by ADB and UN ESCAP. And here is the brutal part: TWIN was defended and presented, among others, by Siemens from the private sector, by the World Economic Forum from the global institutional layer, and under the UN umbrella through UN ESCAP. 👀🔥
The forum was opened by Thailand’s own Minister of Digital Economy and Society, Chaichanok Chidchob, in an edition focused on Next Generation Trade Digitalization. This was not abstract talk. It was about paperless trade, interoperability, digital infrastructure, cross-border data, customs, trust and Thailand’s connection to the global economy.
Thailand was not watching from the outside. Thailand was setting the stage.
And right there, TWIN appeared: the decentralized backbone for paperless trade powered by the IOTA ecosystem. An infrastructure designed to validate trade documents, certificates of origin, invoices, customs declarations and logistics data through a verifiable DLT layer.
The real signal is who defended TWIN.
The World Economic Forum opened the session. UN ESCAP closed it. And Siemens Healthineers was on the panel with Manish Soin, Senior Vice President Export Control & Customs APAC, taking part in the discussion on how TWIN can be used for digital trade, customs, export control and cross-border documentation.
Yes.
Siemens. Customs. Export control. DLT. TWIN. In Bangkok.
And the other speakers were not filler either. The panel brought together players from trade finance, digital identity, blockchain, agriculture, food safety and Asian regional trade. Exactly the pieces you need if an infrastructure like TWIN is going to move from narrative to real economic rails.
Now look who was in Thailand to present this:
💎 Tim Stekkinger, WEF / TWIN Foundation Board
💎 Manish Soin, Siemens Healthineers @SiemensHealth
💎 Yann Duval, UN ESCAP @UNESCAP
💎 Jirayut “Topp” Srupsrisopa, Bitkub
💎 Lingraj Mahanand, Credore
💎 Tej Mulgaonkar, Drip Capital
💎 Vichelle Roaring-Arunsuwannakorn, GMS Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security Program
This is about public digital infrastructure for global trade, presented in Asia, at a UN venue, with WEF, UN ESCAP, ADB, Siemens and real digital trade players in the room.
IOTA + TWIN are starting to appear inside its decision rooms. 👀🔥
