On March 23, 1891, Joseph Hudson signed the deed to a 100-acre farm in the village of Lyn, ON. Over 50 years later, his grandsons, Joe & Grant introduced egg laying hens and they never looked back. Today, the 4th generation of the Hudson Family continue that legacy.
