@Dr_BellaR While I don't agree with the proposals, I would have to respectfully disagree with Cilex lawyers being less qualified than Solicitors. Cilex has played a massive role in improving access and diversity in the law.

@Dr_BellaR It's so important for consumers to have complaints access but it can be crippling being on the receiving end without support. MPs get access to Legal Aid for theirs don't they? Probably a decent solution across the board for professional complaints that will never happen 🙃
