@DeviouSxTV @AntiEVidiots That was an issue…. 1 standard and 1 rechargeable. Not easily accessible. AA man agreed 12 v ok and was perplexed, garage changed it anyway and found issue persisted. Took em 2 days to find problem. I was not impressed by main dealer.

@DeviouSxTV @AntiEVidiots I hate to add here that I was undone in my EV, not by the traction battery nor the 12 volt, but by a pair of AAs hidden away somewhere at the back that failed. These wake up the 12v…. Neither I, the AA man nor the garage knew about them.. Thry aren’t even on the service system.

@joncoupland Interesting question Jon. Working in 50 mpg thsts costing you about £27 a day. An EV would cost you about £3 (until the mileage charge comes in). Thst a monthly saving of £480 ish. Get a nice 2nd hand EV first that.

@lewisrholmes Optimum temperature of coffee is around 54 degrees. It cools pretty quickly. If it was scolding hot youd burn your mouth on it and damage you taste buds. Sounds like the fella was trying to prevent you hurting yourself. Well done him!

@AntiEVidiots Today, as a community first responder, I inadvertently found myself doing a few hundred miles. I missed lunch and it was getting late. Pulled into McDs fast charger and booked not available. 20 minutes later fully charged and fed, I booked available. Got sent to another job.
