I hope some sites like @business, @arstechnica, @tomsguide, @PCMag , @WIRED look into how @LastPass is treating customers who are trying to leave. There are some pretty serious questions to answer. Can't disable auto-renew, can't remove payment info and can't delete account.

Hmmm, @LastPassHelp here's a helpful workaround to the unfortunate 'bug'🤔 that prevents users deleting their accounts on their website. Handy as your CSRs told me they can't delete my account either... #ScumbagSystem #LastPass
