This morning, an incredible group of Public Relations students from @AlgonquinColleg spoke to their classmates about how crucial it is to talk about mental health. We were honoured to be able to listen to their stories & are even more grateful they’ve joined the conversation 💜

You will meet at least one person in your life who struggles with mental health.
Always be kind, it's simple.
You never know what someone is going through.
