Day 4 COVID challenge Free throws! We used a bucket and tennis ball, but a bsktball goal is best! Mark a 30' path up to the free throw line. Sprint to the line, shoot the free throw. 5 straight minutes, 4 sets. Keep track of pts. Stay consistent as you get tired! #nogymnoproblem
