@ElectrifyAm I funded my account. Added the card to my Apple wallet and it’s been denied the 4X’s I tried to use it.I called for help and the person I “talked” to spoke zero English. Eventually I was told i’d b refunded and get an email stating such. Neither happened.
@Uber_Support your update is horrendous. It’s going automatically to dark mode randomly. My sound stops working for new rides. And it’s trying to engage me while driving to message the rider. All unsafe while driving.

I was. Then I was told my connection was bad.

@Uber_Support this is the only message your customer service “person” sent me. I’ve been dealing with an issue for two weeks. A week ago it said it was escalated and a ticket opened. I never heard back from anyone. When I reach out I get a useless message & the chat gets closed
@Uber_Support told I was paid. I was not. Now I’ve been getting the same ai messages all day then the support thread gets closed. This is horrendous “customer service” although calling it that is a misnomer.
I remember when @FDSportsbook@FanDuelCasino were almost okay. Now they’re complete garbage. Last weekend I decide to bet some games and I couldn’t see or cash out any of my bets. I sure could give them more of my money by making bets however. Convenient. It feels pretty rigged
@AskCapitalOne your mobile app is not functioning when I try to add the amount to deposit when I choose deposit cash in store option. The amount section will not populate with any numbers. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and I’ve reset my phone.
