@AerLingus is it just me or are you not replying to all your customer complaints?
I know the outsourcing service to Egypt is crashing your reputation, but when the complaints are due to that team giving wrong info and YET the outsource has responsibility for handling complaints.

@mary_coughlan4 I remember exactly the same situation, having been measured at interview and told by the then "new" airline Ryanair that I was too fat to be an air hostess I took myself off to London. There was job to be had in Dublin for a girl who did not want to become a nurse or a teacher

A bull named Vicioso was let loose to charge at crowds during the Bou de les Penyes festival in Ontinyent (Spain), when he jumped over a wall and landed 50ft below on the hard edge of a river bed

The bull suffered incurable catastrophic injuries and was euthanised.
