@95point2 If you’re testing a particular sample of material you need the Beilstein test for chlorine. You are looking for PVC, which will release chlorine when cut by laser. You’ll need copper wire and flame to conduct the test.

@m0untainpenguin@tetra3dprint@concreted0g I would guess the material is warping itself, especially if the shape is asymmetric. Not sure how you sort out the thermals so that it stays stable. Some stuff corrects as it goes over with next layers, but you've got those fine shapes more likely to show up the issue.
