6 months worth of rides in one chunk. It was an issue with their app that I was notified immediately that my payments didn’t go through, and now they’re completely locking me out of the app. Can anyone at @Uber have a heart and please let me back into the app so I can pay? (2/2)
I’m so disappointed by @Uber right now. They disactivated my account just now (in June) because of payments that they’re claiming didn’t go through from rides back in January. My payment was never declined, never questioned. And now suddenly they’re demanding that I pay (1/2)
