Great episode of @myfirstmilpod with @stephsmithio and @thesamparr. The big unlocks missed with drones are drone-in-a-box (DiaB) operations combined with BVLOS. Mapping is worth $3B annually and will be massively disrupted by this combo. I know because we are doing it.

@Dave_Beno @SkydioHQ Will it? A more natural divide seems to be between consumer and government/enterprise. Businesses share many of the challenges as government and require more reliable hardware and support. Equally important is a shared ecosystem for software development to thrive.

It's true in business and politics. We are better together than divided. I know some want a winner take all in the drone industry but the truth is, we are stronger together. I hope that in 2021 we can standardized drone software dev under one ecosystem. @auterion @PX4Autopilot

Fun fact for potential @DJIEnterprise developers. The SDK doesn't register for android app bundles which are now required for Google Play which means it's absolutely worthless for anyone considering developing and deploying on Android.
