.@Lyft took 62% of this driver’s ride on our way to the airport. We paid $26.90, and the driver showed us he is getting paid $10.15. I was curious so I asked so that’s why he showed us. Very different than Lyft’s 70% earnings commitment stated on their website. #Rideshare #Lyft

I don’t like that poll workers at my polling location packed up the privacy dividers a few minutes before the polls officially closed. So less than a handful of voters and I voted without those. Do I think it was intentional? No. They wanted to leave ASAP. But still… @ACLUofKY

I voted, in and out within 10 minutes, with no line at my polling location in Louisville (St. Marks Church). I asked a poll worker if their machines were affected this morning and they said yes, from open (6 a.m.) until ~10-11 a.m. @ACLUofKY @KYSecState #Election2024 1/2 🧵

My boyfriend at 6:30am couldn’t vote at Community of Christ Church in 40299 due to this voting machine issue. He stayed and voted (leaving around 7:12am), but he saw at least 9 people walk out before they voted.

@SpectrumNews1KY Why wouldn’t this update happen BEFORE polls opened? My boyfriend’s polling location @ Community Church 40299 had no one voting at all as this update was happening, from 6am till nearly 7am, my BF said. He saw ~9 people walk out. He got there at 6:30am and left at 7:12am.

I’m in Jefferson County , Kentucky. Our machines had a software update that news outlets are reporting was to reconcile for early voting and absentee ballots do no one votes 2x. What day and time did the software update start for our county?
