Not every single place has to cater to your personal needs. There DO NEED TO BE more child-parent friendly spaces, but this one isn't and wasn't designed for that. Cope. Tearing down places that weren't made for you won't get you the places parents need.

Yes, but it's expected if you are taking your dog to a public dog place, it isn't going to be a problem. With kids not so much. Kids are learning the world and to regulate themselves, so they get a pass almost everywhere else. Some people want spaces without kids. And that's OK.
