Private enterprise produces independence and freedom along with employing those who may not be as successful. Corporations behind governments controlling economies are the worst forms of evil.

[Dustin @r0ck3t23]

Elon Musk just used a joke to perform an autopsy on the American economy.

Two economists go for a hike. They find a pile of shit. One pays the other $100 to eat it.

They keep walking. Find another pile. The second economist pays $100 back to eat that one.

They stop. Neither man gained a dollar. Both ate shit for nothing.

But on paper they just generated $200 in GDP.

Musk: “That basically would count as a job. This is to illustrate the absurdity of economics.”

That is not a punchline. That is the operating system of the federal government.

Every time a politician celebrates “record job creation” this is what they are describing. Not output. Not value. Not progress. Motion.

The entire bureaucratic machine exists to manufacture friction and then invoice for it.

Compliance layers built to justify the next compliance layer. Oversight committees that produce nothing but the need for more oversight. Consulting firms hired to audit the work of other consulting firms.

Trillions circulating through systems that have never produced a single thing you can hold in your hands. But the GDP number ticks up. So everyone applauds.

The shit gets eaten. The scoreboard moves. Nobody asks what actually got built.

This is why Washington treats AI like a five alarm fire.

AI does not play the friction game. It does not form a committee. It does not schedule a review. It does not file 400 pages of paperwork no one will ever read.

It just solves the problem.

And that is the one thing the machine cannot survive.

The government does not tax results. It taxes the process. The longer the process, the deeper the cut.

AI compresses a ten day workflow into seconds. There is nothing left to bill. Nothing left to tax. Nothing left to skim.

So they will spend the next decade warning you that AI threatens the economy.

What they will never say is what it actually threatens.

The illusion that activity equals progress.

The $200 economy where both men ate shit and called it a job.

The machines are not coming for your purpose.

They are coming to prove that half the economy never had one.

The War Has Ended! When? How? And Who Won?

Wars break out and eventually end; everything has an end. Some ignite the spark, yet they do not know how to extinguish it. The American-Israeli war against Iran, which in turn launched aggression against its Arab neighbors, the Azerbaijanis, the Turks, and even the Greek Cypriots, will sooner come to an end.

But if the drums of war were to stop, the bombardment end, the guns fall silent, the missiles cease, the drones land tonight — which is what every lover of peace hopes for — then who would be the victor?

If we review the five main parties in this war, we find that the concept of victory differs from one side to another. Each side defines victory in a way that makes itself the winner, regardless of the real balance of gains and losses in war.

First: The United States

Donald Trump lost the war the moment he ignited it. His campaign slogan had been “America First,” promising that he would not drag American soldiers into other people’s wars, costing their lives and the U.S. taxpayer trillions of dollars.

He even boasted — falsely — that he had ended many wars around the world, and he went so far as to strangely suggest that he deserved the Nobel Peace Prize because he was a man of peace.

All of this evaporated when he launched war against Iran in partnership with Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel.

But Trump remains Trump. Who knows? He has already begun hinting that there are no more military targets left in Iran’s target bank. He may emerge at any moment — just as he did in June last year after the twelve-day war with Iran — to declare a sweeping victory, claiming he disabled- or obliterated to use his last year's term- Iran’s nuclear program, destroyed its missile program and launch platforms, and eliminated what he calls the leadership of global terrorism.

He may consider these achievements sufficient to declare victory, especially since the objectives of the campaign against Iran have been unclear — at times regime change, at other times choosing a new Supreme Leader, then unconditional surrender, or even the destruction of Iran itself.

In practical terms, one might say the “hero got himself into trouble” and is now searching for a way out, possibly blaming advisers and envoys and sacrificing them — such as Steve Witkoff, Tom Barrack, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, or Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

Second: Israel

If the war stopped today, Benjamin Netanyahu would likely appear on television to declare victory similar to Trump’s.

Yet he knows that the threat of Iranian ballistic missiles still looms over Israel. The next round may be harsher and more devastating for Israelis than it is now. Netanyahu might hint at the need to return later to “mow the lawn,” meaning to strike Iran again when conditions become favorable.

But then he would face the difficult task of explaining the war’s outcomes and losses to his citizens, and the files of corruption cases against him would once again be reopened.

Third: The Arab Gulf States and Jordan

The only scenario through which the Gulf states and Jordan could emerge victorious is through deterrence, resilience, and working to stop the war as quickly as possible.

All of them opposed the war and rejected the use of their military bases, airspaces, or waters for launching attacks on Iran. They see victory in avoiding falling into the trap of a comprehensive war with Iran for three main reasons.
First, a regional war is precisely what Israel seeks. Despite Iranian attacks on the Gulf, these attacks stem from desperation and attempts to mix the cards and pressure the global economy. Israel, however, strategically seeks to drag the entire region — Arabs and Persians alike — into endless wars that would make the eight-year Iran-Iraq war seem like a short stroll.

Second, entering the war would transform the Gulf’s model of development, stability, and economic growth into Iran’s model of chaos, revolution-exporting slogans, and endless conflict — and into Israel’s objective of sectarian wars without end.

Third, although the Gulf states possess powerful air forces and long-range missiles capable of reaching the farthest points in Iran, they would not hurt Iran more than the American and Israeli strikes already have. So why enter a war others are already fighting if it can be avoided?

The Gulf could instead invest in the future by demonstrating restraint, showing the Iranian peoples that the Gulf did not attack them — rather, their own country attacked its neighbors.

Thus the Gulf will emerge stronger despite human, financial and material losses. Its air defenses proved capable of intercepting Iranian missiles and drones with remarkable success — even surpassing interception rates achieved by the United States and Israel — despite Iran launching far more attacks on Gulf states than on Israel.

The Gulf also showed courage and strategic patience by avoiding a comprehensive war.

Its losses can be repaired because infrastructure remains intact. Tourism and financial sectors were harmed, but the Gulf states remained cohesive. They will likely strengthen their internal unity, reassess alliances, and reshape their regional and international strategies.

Fourth: Iran

Before identifying Iran’s concept of victory, one must ask whether there is even a single Iran today.
Contradictory statements between President Masoud Pezeshkian and hardliners suggest multiple competing centers of power. Even the televised speech yesterday allegedly delivered by the new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei hints at confusion within the hardline camp itself.
However, if the Iranian regime remains intact despite strikes and assassinations, how would it define victory?
Authoritarian regimes often define victory similarly. Saddam Hussein celebrated victory after eight brutal years of war with Iran in the eighties. He also declared victory after the Gulf War in 1991, even though Iraq lay in ruins and its army scattered, decimated and completely annihilated.
Likewise, Hassan Nasrallah, the former leader of Hizbullah, declared victory in 2006 despite Lebanon’s total devastation.

Iran today may follow the same logic: the survival of the regime equals victory, regardless of destruction.

Fifth: The International Community

With the United Nations Security Council unanimously adopting Resolution 2817 (China and Russia abstained)— introduced by the Gulf states and Jordan — condemning Iranian missile and drone attacks on Gulf countries, the international community has effectively deepened Iran’s diplomatic isolation.
The resolution condemns the attacks and calls for their immediate cessation.
This consensus could form the basis for pressure on Iran to halt its attacks on neighboring countries and maritime routes such as the Strait of Hormuz, whose disruption threatens the global economy.

Conclusion

These are the possible definitions of victory for the main parties in this destructive war.

But igniting wars is easier than stopping them. No one knows when this war will end. When it does, the reckoning will begin — losses will be counted and lessons elicited.

Each side may claim victory in its own way.

Yet the true victor when wars end is the human being, and the renewed hope for peace, stability, and prosperity for the innocent people of a region exhausted by conflict and poisoned by reckless ideologies.
