In May I'm doing 4 marathons over 4 days walking/running from my home in the Peaks to where I grew up in NE Lincolnshire to help raise money for the charity, Mind Over Mountains. Any support would be great :-)

Love this simple way of getting feedback!

[Richard Foster @RFoster553]

Hi @ottleyoconnor, today I asked our staff for a big KISS (keep, improve, start, stop) on a recent change we made. Four simple questions and the feedback has been super useful. Thanks for the top tip. #NPQH

This is a sobering graphic 😢

For those with school aged children, when was the last ‘normal’ school year for them? (ones without restrictions and closures).

This academic year had also started off not being normal.
