From 25 it's VAT on the part of the EV price >500k nok, >300k in 26, >150 in 27. China & SK deliver value for money, even if the regime sucks and the sec. risks.
@humantransit Good thread. The results in Tallinn was that a 13% ridership increase was mostly from people on short trips that alternatively would have walk and biked. Almost zero effect on car usage. Just making the trip more crowded for those who had no alternative to PT.
