1. don't take your medicine with cold water.

2. don't eat heavy meal after 5:00 PM.

3. best sleeping time is 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

4. don't lie down immediately after talking meal.

5. answer phone call from left ear instead of right.

6. drink more water in the morning, less at night.

7. just 2 bananas will provide you enough energy for an intense 90 minutes workout.

8. an egg contain every vitamins except vitamin C.

9. eating chocolate while studying help the brain retain new information easily.

10. 3 carrots give you energy to walk 3 miles.
