Potentially unpopular opinion, the more time you give your team and employees away from the field, gym, court, office, the more energized and focused they are when they come to work. Quality over quantity. Obviously a point of diminishing returns. All thoughts are welcome!

The University of Mary grieves the death of Isaac Bohaty, one of our students who was a business major and ran for our track & field/cross country program. Our deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends; he will be missed.
When we lose, what happens?
-Cortisol goes up, testosterone goes down.
-Our sense of self is threatened & we go into protect & defend mode.
