If GST is passed fully, items will get cheaper in turns high demand, that will increase sales volume so loss in revenue will be compensated. A win win win for companies, government and people.
Or else it will be a loss for government and people and some companies will benefit.

GST has been reduced to increase the demand. Gov should strictly monitor that companies pass on this fully to customers otherwise it will result in loss of revenue and no change in demand.
