All of the Central Park Five confessed to the attack of the jogger in 1989; it was later proven none of them had anything to do with it. Confessions don’t equal guilt.

@dump74217 @Rossva1189 @Morbidful Innocent people have been exonerated from death row many times. Some sadly are even proven innocent after they’ve been executed. The burden of proof for a conviction is already supposed to be beyond a reasonable doubt, but clearly that’s not good enough.
