@SkylerLentz So true. Especially in a procedure heavy specialty like GI. Complications are part of the job. Just make sure the procedure is indicated, and do your best to avoid second guessing your self. Not doing an indicated procedure can also be. “Complication”.

@DouglasAdlerMD Things are changing rapidly in academics. More focus on money, efficiency and “metrics”. The expense of US healthcare is forcing big changes in academic healthcare, especially for those institutions that also are safety net hospitals.

Provation had something else in mind apparently.
