These two parts of your YouTube videos are killing your views.

1) THE HOOK
Short. Sharp. One clear promise. No long intros, no "hey guys welcome back." You have about 5 seconds before someone clicks off. Here's the structure:

-Repeat the title in the first line
"I found a faceless YouTube channel making $50,000 a month just posting simple reaction shorts. So I tried to copy it using AI…"

-Overdeliver on the title and thumbnail in the next
"And at first, nothing worked. Then within a few months, I scaled this into four channels, hit 100,000 subscribers in a single month, and started generating thousands per month from the same model."

-Transition to the video
"So in this video, I’m breaking down exactly how I found the channel, what I copied, what actually worked, what failed, and how I turned it into a repeatable system."

2) THE SECTIONS
Break your video into clear sections, one idea each. Viewers can feel when a video is structured and when it is just someone rambling. Structure keeps people watching.

3) THE SUBHOOKS
This is what most people miss. Every section needs its own mini hook at the start. One or two lines that create curiosity before you explain anything. Without it, every transition is a cliff edge where viewers drop off.

The structure is simple:
Hook, then for each section: subhook, then content.

Get this right and your videos won't die in the first 24 hours.

As the DG/CEO Presented Awards to Deserving Staff

The DG/CEO of NIMC, Engr. (Dr) Abisoye Coker-Odusote, has commended the Management and staff of the Commission for their unwavering commitment to achieving President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR's Renewed Hope Agenda.

While speaking at the Commission's 2025 end-of-the-year program at its corporate headquarters in Abuja, Engr Coker-Odusote while admonishing the Commission staff to uphold absolute integrity and credibility in the discharge of their duties also stated that her administration will continue to prioritise staff welfare in her pursuit of ensuring that all Nigerians are enrolled into the National Identity Database (NIDB).

Speaking to all staff, the Head of Human Capital Management, Mrs Rhoda Jackden, thanked all staff for their dedication and support towards the success of the NIN enrolment project. She reiterated the Commission's zero tolerance for extortion and unethical practices.

The Chairman of the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN), Comrade Lucky Asekhokai, praised the efforts of the Engr Abisoye Coker-Odusote-led NIMC management for their immeasurable support towards staff welfare. He lauded the concerted efforts of the DG in providing a conducive working environment. Other Staff members at the occasion praised and prayed for the DG for bringing rapid development to the Commission since her assumption of duties.

The DG presented awards to outstanding and deserving members of staff across the various Departments and Units of the Commission.
