@nancygedge For about 3 months, I could constantly hear my heartbeat in one ear. It's less frequent now (the whooshing, my heartbeat is still good!) but I'm sure it is stress and tiredness related too. Hope you find something to help, it can be exhausting 💕

@nancygedge I found a warm hot water bottle on the back of my neck helped and I fell asleep better listening to podcasts (I had pulsatile tinnitus, so no noise, more of a whooosh!)

@missgeog92 Definitely not on the sofa in front of the rugby, like I'm attempting right now!! But usually low tariff questions grouped together and evaluation essays question by question. I teach Philosophy and Ethics, it helps my concentration on what each question is asking for
