A common man who pays taxes should get relaxation in compliance with due dates when it falls on Holiday, Saturday or Sunday, be it income tax, GST or MCA

Due Dates should be extended to the next day automatically

Why do only judges and a few other professions enjoy all the privileges?

Ideally, Taxpayers is the person who qualifies and earns some concessions as he contributes to Nation's Development

We need to make changes in law and implement them in #Budget2023

1. For an Unlisted Company, there could be a Transaction with the related party but it may not be coming under Related Party Transaction u/s 188.
