@DirtyMoMedia@jeff_gluck@Jordan_Bianchi Based on the banners on the wall you can tell theyโre using the same barriers the Las Vegas Grand Prix uses for their event.
@ClaireBLang@dennyhamlin@NashvilleSuperS Nope Denny continues to promote negative concepts to die heart race fans on a weekly basis. Could really go without seeing excerpts from his podcasts because it rarely promotes anything positive for the sport.
@SethEggert91@NASCAR However, if the truck race is shortened today it would not be due to weather, it will be due to greedy TV exes that donโt want this race to go up against the Indy 500. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
@AustinKonenski Itโs certainly odd that no updates have been given in regard to the truck race. I would have assumed it wouldโve been rescheduled to tomorrow morning by now but I guess their hands are tied with scheduling until NOAPS gets to the end of stage two. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
@DaleJr@PPistone@KellyCrandall@dennyhamlin Imagine telling a sports dwindling fanbase that their qualms about the direction the sport is headed are invalid and then being surprised when you constantly see sports media scaling back their coverage because that fanbase suddenly cuts back on their viewership. ๐ค
@jeff_gluck Jeff, any insight into why the brass at nascar are so against going back to Road America? If I remember correctly they hosted well over 100k at their cup races last time in addition to some pretty stellar tv ratings. Just wondering what is holding them back?
@Jordan_Bianchi@TheAthletic To those wondering the obvious track this would replace would be the San Diego base race which is clearly a one and done deal. I am of the believe that Chicagoland and the street course can coexist at different parts of the schedule if people support them โฆ
@jeff_gluck Jeff this guy is so refreshing. A dude with passion and a personality. Sure he might not have climb the motorsports ladder in its traditional form (not like money doesnโt buy seat time anyway) but dude has surely put in the work to earn all this. Iโm here for it!
