@youngvulgarian My vegetable revelations involve learning how I like them cooked, e.g. carrots have to cubed small or roasted, I thought I disliked cabbage for years then I realised my mum cooked them with carroway seeds, not for me. Also a good salad dressing makes a big bowl of green yum!
