I love video games both old and new. I have a lot of love for 2D games and for challenging games. Game News, Reviews, Best of Lists...random weird thoughts.
@TheRubenAntonio One of the few games where I've actually earned all the achievements and beat every boss on expert. That game beat my ass for so long but I love it so much I just kept going. I own a ridiculous amount of copies of it 😅 on multiple platforms.
@TheRubenAntonio I put the game down the first time I tried to play it but then this time after a long break I was determined to play it and it was kind of addicting. The gameplay itself is very doable it's the bosses that are ridiculous but finally got the hang of it. Took me 90 hours to beat 🤣
@TheRubenAntonio You're gonna love it man! It's an emulation beast besides playing your steam library on top of it. It comes with a case, but I would say grab a dock. I don't play mine docked. It's super comfortable, but the dock helps a ton for setting everything up. https://t.co/VSgVPed1KO
@BEEow@analogue The ever drives are great. I have one for gba and Gameboy. But you can just use the open fpga cores and put roms directly on your sd card after you update your firmware.
@WalrusFPGA@MiSTerFPGABot What the hell is JogCon lol? The first time I saw you mention it in a tweet I thought it was just a typo and you meant Joy Con, but now I'm curious.
@richard_eng@MiSTerFPGABot@krull1981@Gamer_Canada @10MARC1 Hey play games however you enjoy them. Emulation on the pie, PC, FPGA all have their place and so does playing original hardware. Fuck elitism. But I’ll tell you what I’ve played all of those and the Mister FPGA Is an excellent open source project. Not about elitism.
@markkilborn@MiSTerFPGABot I got the smaller version of this case for just the Mister. Expensive, but rock solid and customizable.
