Thats not been my experience with contract work. Generally you have hard deliverable dates and if you miss them, there are penalties.

Are there any specific contract jobs youre thinking of that would be a good fit?

If she cant live up to her employment obligations because of her ADHD, why wouldnt it also prevent her from meeting her contractual obligations? In my experience, people who hire contractors are not at all interested in anything but deliverables.

Like the Dodgers didnt make a mistake slotting Snell into Game 1 of the 2025 WS. They did it for the same reason *someone who is not Yamamoto* will start Game 1 of any 7 game series.

A lot of people seem to think Jack Flaherty starting Game 1 of the 2024 World Series, despite Yamamoto being the objectively better pitcher, was some kind of accident or something.

@caseybatts Game 1 of the DS, Game 2 of any 7 game series so we get both him and Skubal twice before Game 7. Yamamoto shouldnt be a "break in case of emergency" option imo. Roll the big guns out as early as possible and end the series before a winner take all.
