Same rubbish every time I fly @British_Airways from Sofia. The bag drop takes ages and is so badly organised. The check in staff are so slow, there’s never enough of them, and there are always problems. I miss flying @BulgariaAir!! They are always speedy and fantastic.

Genuine question @LDNLutonAirport - when I arrived to security there was a queue of about 4 lines & about 8 empty lanes leading up to it. I bent under the empty lanes to join the end of the queue - I didn’t cut in front of anyone - & I was shouted at. Why was that?

@HeathrowAirport Errrrr how about not having to wait over 45 minutes for baggage to arrive??? We waited 45 mins after landing for a stand and now a further 45 mins (and counting) for bags!!

Every single time I fly from Sofia>London with @British_Airways it’s always a shit show at check in. Staff show up so late for check in and work at a snail’s pace. Less than 80 mins to takeoff and staff JUST showed up and were met with a pissed off queue. Every. Single. Time.
