This is why #FINRA cannot be trusted. I firmly believe if #NBH wanted to IPO and spin out to NewCo (a NEW privately-held, untradeable security), history will repeat itself (the same thing will happen here as it did with #MMTLP). To overcome this, there would need to be strict supervision over #FINRA's actions!
