@EE who do I complain to, preordered s10+ 512gb on 6th March, finally get a text yesterday to say it would be in store when they open today and surprise it's not there. Been messed around from the start and I'm fuming.

@EE Just tweeted carphone warehouse and they have plenty of stock of the 512gb model. I should have gone with them in the first place. I don't mind EE as a network but this has been a farce.

@EE pre ordered galaxy s10 plus 512gb on the 6th march and I'm still waiting with very little communication as to what is going on. Very disappointed.

@EE I ordered in store as part of my upgrade. I spoke to somebody the other day in store that said it could be up to 14 days from pre order but that's not definite. How is it that carphone warehouse say that if ordered by 9pm online they could get it for tomorrow?
