@virginmedia 🚨🚨🚨still no update! Over a month and I’ve not received a single update or any signs of progress. Not a phone call. Nothing. What a shambles and an embarrassingly poor service. And for a customer of over 10 years. Shameful.
@virginmedia@virginmedia it’s been two weeks, still no word on an engineer. Absolutely absurd service. After calling again 4 days ago, I’ve been told to wait patiently. What is happening!? No alternative option. No dongle. When is the broadband being sorted, this is 2025 we live in!

I am paying the contract whilst not having any broadband. I’ve been a customer for years. This is shocking service.
Spent the whole of yesterday waiting for an engineer to show up and then again today. No one, not even a message.
@virginmedia for the second day in a row, after waiting on the phone for hours - the engineer has failed to turn up between the hours 1pm-6pm as you guaranteed on the phone to me.
The broadband is faulty. I can’t get through to anyone. No emails. No calls.
@virginmedia and yet ANOTHER no show from an engineer today! After calling Virgin again this morning when the engineer didn’t show up, the manager assured me that they are booked today between 1-6pm. NO SHOW AGAIN. I was told someone would call to check, and I haven’t heard back.
I gave weeks notice that I am moving home, did everything that was asked. Moved the kit across, plugged it in.
All that’s happened is that my previous contract got cancelled and I paid an admin fee. For what!?
