La esquizofrenia de la diáspora, de no ser de aquí ni ser de allá...
Medio apañola, half USA with a splash of oy vey!, but love & hate all 2 halves equally!

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@pablomadri @Pablo_Iglesias_ Como dicen en mi pueblo, "Do as I say, not as I do", o "Lo ancho pa' mí, y lo estrecho pa' ti". Poca vergüenza.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@HumanaHelp Just did. I complain a lot, but I also acknowledge when someone goes out of his way to help me, and Luis did today.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@Humana Where do I send a note praising the CSR that helped me today? I'm really impressed-I'm not 100% happy w/Humana, but this kid rocked

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@chuckwoolery Awesome, of course, leg-thrill maker.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@MikeBloomberg @HillaryClinton you need to train yourself to know a conwoman when you see one, Mike. You're one condescending prick, feh!

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@megynkelly So what were they standing for these past 8 years???

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@batchelorshow If it's all yoga and Chelsea's wedding, as she testified, there's nothing to fear, don't you think?

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@Egocrata Lo curioso es que Bloomie tenga tan buen ojo para los sinvergüenzas, pero no para *las* sinvergüenzas.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump What do you mean "us"? I'm "us" too. You still think I'm not an American? Seriously?

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez Are you serious?? My family is Sephardi, which is NOT incompatible with being American by birth. For Pete's sake.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez I'm disabled (lost my left hand long ago,) but I do a lot of volunteering for deployed troops and underprivileged populations

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump I don't cuz I have a Spanish last name (but I'm a Sephardi Jew.) If you are a Marine, that's all I need to know

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump You got all me respect for that. If you're a jarhead :-) the more power to you, and THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE!!!

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump I'll run to America, since America is my country, what's yours? You're a little inconsistent, not for nothing.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@dphaw I think another 30-40 times, minimum. Until they hear what they want to hear or "got him."

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump Weren't we for diversity? Mexicans talk bout their heritage, even fly their flag. Why can't she talk about hers?

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump He's married to a *legal* immigrant. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Flojito, flojito.

[Ali A. B. @Eldelbutano]

@ebonygonzalez @Writeintrump You have a problem with immigrants? Or only with legal immigrants?
